Dean was a multi-sport athlete in football, track, basketball, and wrestling. After high school, he joined the Marine Corps where his passion for fitness continued.
After the Marines, he attended Arizona State University and graduated with a Bachelor's in Exercise and Wellness.
Coaching since 2016, with a concentration in Sports Performance

Coaching since 2016, with a concentration in Sports Performance, he has trained NFL players, jiu-jitsu competitors, physique competitors, a world record holding through-hiker, and many high school and CrossFit athletes.
